Allan Frydman, Managing Director and Founder of DC Works
Allan Frydman is a consultant with a wealth of knowledge in the design, implementation and optimisation of distribution facilities. This knowledge has been accumulated in a supply chain career spanning over 20 years.
Allan’s strong problem solving skills, enable him to quickly understand what makes your supply chain unique and how to translate this into cost effective, efficient operational solutions.
Allan delivers significant Opex savings by focusing on process optimisation, minimising waste and implementing cost effective equipment and technology into supply chains.
Allan founded DC Works in 2016 to focus on providing clients with pragmatic solutions to supply chain problems. He develops strong relationships with his clients based on trust, mutual respect and providing full commitment to achieving his customer’s goals.
